Terms of use

These terms apply when you use eurekastudios.io (the “site”), run by Eureka Studios, Inc. (“Eureka”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Our games and our platform products, including Engage, ad placements and custom games, are provided under their own terms or a separate written agreement.

You may use the site to learn about Eureka and to contact us. When you do, you agree not to:

• break any law or anyone else’s rights;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or our systems;
• interfere with the site’s security or performance, including by sending malicious code or excessive automated requests;
• copy or scrape the site’s content in bulk, or use it to build a competing product;
• send us false information through our forms.

The site and its content, including text, graphics, the interactive scene, game images and software, belong to Eureka or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content without our written permission.

“Eureka Studios”, “Danfo Run” and our logos are our brands. Other names and logos on the site, such as those of our partners, belong to their owners and appear with their permission.

The site gives general information about Eureka and our products. It is not an offer, and product features, results and commercial terms may change. Any pilot, partnership, placement or custom game is governed only by a written agreement signed by both parties. Figures we quote, such as player numbers, describe past results and do not guarantee future ones.

When you contact us or apply for a role, you confirm that the information you send is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. We handle personal information as described in our privacy policy.

If you send us ideas or feedback about our products, we may use them without any obligation to you. Please do not send us confidential information unless we have agreed in writing to keep it confidential.

The site links to other websites, including our games and our social media pages. Those sites have their own terms and privacy notices, and we are not responsible for third-party sites or their content.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.

To the extent the law allows, Eureka will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

We may change the site or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep any protections given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
